More Greens Less Caffeine
“Green juice is a food-as-medicine philosophy for me," Meghan admitted in an interview with Shape. She further revealed that one trying to go for coffee or things like that only end up hurting themselves.

It takes more than processed foods to manage the glow that Meghan has. But what's more, she knows her to keep it green. She opts for green juice and kombucha to keep her on the go.
She pinpoints, "If I blend some apple, kale, spinach, lemon, and ginger in my Vitamix in the morning and bring it to work, I always find sipping on that as a much better boost to a cup of espresso."
Her Love for Cali Food is Congenital
Explaining to a lifestyle blog, EyeSwoon, Meghan said, “Californians are so spoiled with our produce there, and my love of simple ingredients prepped well is linked to that."
Since food is one ritual that brings one closer to the feel of 'home', it is not surprising to hear Meghan openly professing her love for Cali foods.

Of course, she grew up in Los Angeles, and the diet tends to be healthier there. “From acai bowls to green juices, chopped salads, perfect sushi, grilled fish tacos, the list is endless. These are the things that make me think of home."
For Baja-style foods, Meghan thinks she was conditioned to like them from the womb. "If you ever find yourself in LA, go to Fresh Corn Grill and order salmon tacos," she mused emphatically.
What Happens on Weekends
Meghan may be all conscious of what goes in her mouth on the weekdays. But, on weekends, she gets all the treats.
"I think that if you deprive yourself of something, you're just going to crave it more. So, treating yourself to whatever you want over the weekend isn’t completely out of place."
For her favorite treats, Meghan enjoys Canadian cuisine, like poutine and beaver tails. "I could eat French fries all day." She said to Best Health while also limiting the degree of indulgence she grants.

For her all-time favorite, macaroni, and cheese, Meghan told EyeSwoon, "I throw some frozen peas into it and have this gooey, simple, childlike meal. I used to cook it for the kids I would babysit, and I always enjoyed feeling like a kid and eating it with them. I'm also not averse to eating tater tots with ketchup and sriracha." she added.
The Princess Cooks Every Day, and You Could Learn a Few Tricks From Her
Megan loves to cook. In one of her sessions with Best Health Magazine, she explained the reason, which centered on the nature of her upbringing.
Explaining to Delish, Meghan dropped a few tricks that might be helpful while you cook. According to her, she likes to add a squeeze of lemon juice to steaks before serving them. Even though nobody tastes the lemon, Meghan believes it brings out the steak's flavor.

Also, no one makes a richer pasta sauce like Meghan. She cooks her zucchini slowly for four to five hours for a yummy mush that she tosses in with a bowl of pasta.
"The sauce gets so creamy you'd swear there's tons of butter and oil in it. But it's just zucchini, water, and a little bouillon," she explained.
