An eye-opening video by Behavioral Arts talks about Amber Heard and Johnny Depp's case and reveals the truth through body language and behavior.
The question is, did Johnny Depp hit Amber?
Let’s see what the body language expert uncovered about Amber Heard's testimony.
Inconsistency in Amber Heard's Story
From Amber’s testimony, while narrating the slap incidence, she said, "You would think you have a response, but I, as a woman, have never been hit like that, and he slaps me one more time, hard! My dog stepped on the bed; we went to bed you know. We were on vacation. We went to another location, you know, and then we eventually went home and went about our businesses.”
Considering Marx's Hierarchy of Needs
Now, in her next testimony, Amber tried to explain. "And as I slowly get up and move to the front of the plane, he starts throwing something at me; ice cubes, utensils, and I pull my gaze from him, I walk away from him, my back is turned to him, and I feel this boot in my back, and I fell to the floor, and I held myself on the floor. I just felt embarrassed. I felt so embarrassed that he could kick me to the ground in front of people."
It's easy to say it's true. It could be true since she says it happened in the full glare of onlookers, but then, one of the most common things, when they (victims) get snuck up or hit on the back, is an ambiguous description of what hit them. It's very unlikely that you would know at that moment that the thing that hit you in the back is specifically a boot.
This kind of detail is usually consistent with a person who's trying to sell a narrative because that's an outside perspective. The second issue happened to be what she says she was thinking about when she hit the floor.
Marx's hierarchy of needs is a pyramid that presents us with the basic needs of man. Those needs include physiological needs, safety needs, love, and belonging needs, esteem needs, and self-actualization needs.
Anybody who's ever been in a situation where they felt violently attacked or that their safety was attacked will tell you their reputation and self-esteem were not something they thought about at the moment. But then, they may later feel embarrassed, which is true.
The first thing Amber would have sort for is flight or fight. She would have taken to her heels or fought back. So, how is it possible that the one thing she was most concerned with at that moment (if she was indeed hit) was her self-esteem need and not her safety needs?
I mean, think about it. You wouldn't be more concerned about how people saw you or what opinion they had of you if you were on the verge of losing your life. You'd try to save yourself first and maybe, later, face the shame.
So, from this analysis of Amber's testimony, it looks like Johnny Depp did not hit Amber Heard.
