A mother recounted how she had to run with her toddler to escape a man who charged at them while they were out for a normal day at the park.
In a TikTok video, @marosee21 shares the details of a story that still makes her “stutter” and gives her “anxiety”.
She provides context for her story by showing a video of herself with her son on a typical day at the park, explaining that she was chatting with her dad on the phone when she noticed the reverse lights on his car turn on and he began to reverse. That's when she ended the recording.
The mother quickly grabbed her son and began to run and face timed her fiance, until she reached the stop sign. But when she turned to look back, she couldn't see him and was afraid that he would run her over.
The first thing that came to her mind was getting home, so she took a ride at the stop sign around, which was just across the street from the second cul-de-sac where she lived.
She took a right at the stop sign and saw the first cul-de-sac, followed by the second one. As she was running, she saw his car coming down from the opposite side of the road.

“Oh, my God,” the mom said as she saw his car turning into the first cul-de-sac. She then noticed that he parked on the same side of the cul-de-sac.
By that time, she had already passed the first cul-de-sac and crossed the street, heading towards her cul-de-sac.
She was still on facetime with her fiance, who asked her to show him the person in the car. So she held up the phone and said, “that's him.”
The man saw her doing this and was clearly angry, asking, “what are you looking at, you little b..tch??”
And even though she replied with “I didn't even do anything,” the man started running at her. “Literally, like, f..cking charging at me,” she explains.
“I’m gonna f...k you up little b..tch,” he said as he charged at her.
She kept her eyes fixed on Michael's cul-de-sac and didn't dare look back, fearing that she would “end up tripping or f....ing.”

The woman finally made it to Michael's cul-de-sac and went inside her house, locked the doors, screamed for her mom, and called the cops.
Within five minutes later, three police cars pulled up to the scene. She led them to the spot where she had seen the man park his car and told them which house she thought he lived in.
As it turned out, the house was across the street.
The cops found him and he admitted to chasing her because he “was just looking to fight somebody” due to his bad day and drug problems.
“But I'm sorry,” the man apologized, “this won't happen again.”
The cops gave her a number in case she wanted to pursue anything and then left. “And that's basically it,” she continued.
It's now her choice if she wants to file charges or get a restraining order, but there's only one problem that could prevent her from doing so: “him and I share backyard, so that's fun.”

Commenters were quick to offer both advice and support to the woman and her toddler in this case.
“Girl i would press charges,” one viewer suggested, “What happens if he see’s again on another one of his bad days. Keep you and your baby safe.”
A second agreed that he may repeat this action if she didn’t do anything about it, “file charges and get a restraining order because he sounds like he WILL repeat,” they wrote, “especially after you called the cops.”
“At the minimum get a restraining order so there’s something on file.” a third advised, “I can’t imagine what you were going through.”
One commenter was taken aback by the man's behavior, stating, “he was looking to fight someone so he went after a young woman with a toddler?”
