Scars demonstrate that you've been through life's ups and downs and come out stronger. Some Redditors even find them attractive.

“I'm not sure if this is uncommon, but one of my favorite traits is when people are willing to say "I don't know" or admit they were wrong,” they explained.
“Everyone is wrong sometimes and no one knows everything. When you insist on denying it that doesn't make you right - it simply makes you deluded as well. On the opposite side, I also really like it when people are gracious in victory and don't try to make the other person feel belittled.”
