A woman's TikTok video has gone viral after she accidentally scattered her father's ashes while handling the scattering tube. In the video, she inhales some of the ashes and panics at the thought of having just breathed in her own father.
In the now-viral video, TikToker Delilah films herself unboxing her dad's scattering tube, only to be left at a loss for words after accidentally scattering and inhaling his ashes.
During her 43-second video, Delilah takes viewers to a “funeral home hall” and shows them her father's urn, which is labeled with his name, birthdate, and date of death.
She explains that her father has passed away and then expresses her excitement over the scattering tube, which she can take with her wherever she wants.
Excitedly unboxing the scattering tube, Delilah exclaims "Oh my god, unboxing!"
The happiness of taking her dead with her wherever she goes suddenly vanished into thin air, quite literally.
Suddenly, the tube isn't closed properly and she accidentally scatters her father's ashes into the air. She then looks shocked and remains silent for a few seconds.
"I think I just inhaled my dad," Delilah concludes in the video, which is captioned "I was told to post this on TikTok, so enjoy."

Thousands of viewers have taken to the comments section to share their thoughts about the video, which has garnered a staggering 8.9 million views since its posting.
While death is not typically a topic that prompts jokes, some couldn't resist the temptation. “Delilah you really just spilt my dad on the dining room table 🤦🏼♂️,” one wrote.
