He shares this one time when an old man walked in with a beautiful young woman and asked for a special ring for his girlfriend.
Though Ardi showed him a decent $5,000 option, it seems the man had to keep looking to impress his lady. “No, I need something special,” he told him.
The jeweler was thrilled to get a chance to make a bigger commission, so he suggested an expensive $40,000 ring instead.
Though the old man didn't seem too bothered by the price tag, his young girlfriend was so thrilled that her body started to shake with excitement. “Okay, I’ll take it,” the man confidently told Ardi.
When Ardi asked the old man about his preferred payment method, he requested a check but said that he needs verification from the bank first. He promised to come back later that afternoon after calling the bank on Monday.
Ardi didn't pay much attention until Monday came around when he called the man and told him there was no money in his account.
Little did Ardi know, this was all part of a plan by the old man to get what he wanted from his beautiful young girlfriend – and it worked like a charm.
