Former federal prosecutor and legal analyst Glenn Kirschner warned the former president's luck could run out, and he could end up in jail over his treatment of judges and prosecutors.
Trump's "luck may run out"

Kirschner spoke on MSNBC and explained, "I think it would be irresponsible for one jurisdiction to decline to pay attention to the potentially witness-threatening conduct by the same pretrial defendant in another jurisdiction, and we have seen some cross-pollination between and among the judges." The former federal prosecutor added, "I can only wonder if at some point Donald Trump's luck will run out and the judges will say enough, we are going to impose these gag orders, we are going to keep them in place."
Violating gag orders

Kirschner continued talking about the gag orders and shared, "The next question becomes how seriously do we deal with a violation of these gag orders. Do we consider the sanction of up to and including revoking him on release and putting him in pretrial detention," Trump was imposed a special order in D.C., but it was removed, and a narrow gag order in a civil trial in NYC.
The DOJ wants the gag order back on

Cecil Vandevender, an assistant special counsel for the DOJ, presented a document at the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals claiming that the gag order must be reinstated. The DOJ's filing cited numerous alleged attacks on the NYC Judge Engoron and his clerks. Engoron fined Trump twice, the second time over failure to remove a damaging post on Truth Social about one of the clerks.
Former RNC chairman wants Trump jailed

Michael Steele, the former chairman of the Republican National Committee (RNC), told on MSNBC's Ayman, "It is enormously dangerous. I am shocked that we have allowed this to get this far. I'm just going to use the best analysis that I can give you at this point on this situation with Trump and the attacks on the judges. Put his a.. in jail."

The ex-RNC chairman added, "People will be mad; they will be upset. But there is no other person on this planet, certainly not in this country, who would be given the kind of grace that Donald Trump has been given to run his mouth the way he has—attacking clerks, attacking judges, attacking the prosecutors personally; threatening them."
