1. Grape, Apple and Apricot Smoothie

This first smoothie combines the unique tastes of apricot and grapes along with apples to create a yummy and very healthy treat. To make it you will need:

• 2 medium apples
• 3 lemons – peeled and quartered
• 3 apricots – halved
• 25 grapes – the seedless variety works best
• 3 or 4 ice cubes

2. Strawberry and Cherry Smoothie

The yummy taste of strawberries are combined with the antioxidant benefits of cherries in this delectable smoothie. To make it, you will have to have:

• 1 cup quartered strawberries
• 1 cup pitted sweet cherries
• 3 or 4 ice cubes
• ½ cup yogurt – vanilla is a good flavor to use
• 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

• ½ up carrots
• 6 or 7 ice cubes

• 2 medium bananas
• About 5 or 6 strawberries
• 1 kiwi fruit
• 1 cup blueberries
• 3 cups orange juice
• 3 or 4 ice cubes
• 2 scoops of your favorite sherbet flavor

12. Strawberry Smoothie

This is an easy smoothie that takes just a few seconds to make and contains the great taste of strawberries and the health benefits of yogurt. The ingredients include:

• ¾ cup strawberries – you can use fresh or frozen
• ¼ cup orange juice
• 1 teaspoon honey

• 1 teaspoon flax seed
• ¾ cup plain low fat yogurt

• 2/3 cup yogurt
